The key card works as an access card to get into Korso Gym and additionally as a card to access services. Without the card the customer can only use services such as, the Gym, group exercise classes, spinning or the sauna when the customer service point is open. The customer is wholly responsible for the card and its use.
To report a lost key card
Advise the loss immediately either by phone or by email direct to the customer service. Contact details can be found on this page. Your responsibility for the card ends only when the card has been cancelled. During the evening time and at weekends there can be several hours delay before the card cancellation can be effected. Should you suspect that the card has fallen into the wrong hands or has been stolen we recommend that you contact the relevant authorities.
